As a guy who's approached girls, started a conversation with them, gotten them smiling and laughing, made lots of eye contact, gotten their number...I can confirm none of these are signs that she's into you. A girl can do all of these and have zero interest in you.

The biggest indicators a girl likes you are:
Nervousness around you, blushing, fiddling with her hair, hands or other objects, staring at you and imidiatelly looks away when you catch her etc.

Showing interest in your personal life and asks you questions.

If she is brave and REALLY likes you, she will sometimes stare into your soul if you dont break the eye contact.

Doesn't want the conversation to end so she comes up with the dumbest questions just to keep the convo alive.

Her friends trying to get you alone with her or talking a lot about her with you.

There’s this girl that used to stare at me but now she only look at me sometimes. I’m not sure if she have a crush on me or just likes me. As a girl, here are my opinions on this (+ more tips): [THE THIRD TIP FROM MY SIDE, IS THE MOST IMPORTANT, AND WORKS ON BOTH GENDERS]

#1 was partially right. She will smile a lot, if she likes you. BUT if she doesn’t want anyone to know, she will probably do something else with her mouth, in an attempt to hide her smile. She might press her lips together, roll her tongue, purse her lips, or might do something else with her mouth. THIS IS A BIG SIGN.

#2 was wrong, in my opinion. Girls almost never initiate physical contact with the guy they like. She will playfully touch arms, chest and other parts of the guy who she considers her friend, but nothing more. She will probably just awkwardly be there, if she likes you.

#3 was VERY wrong, in my opinion. She will almost never hold eye contact for more than 5 seconds if she likes you. She will be too nervous for that. If she is comfortable holding eye contact with you for more than 4-5 seconds, you probably don’t make her nervous, and she doesn’t like you.

#3.5 was partially right. If she does the eye to lip thing (triangle trick), she might not want her to kiss you just yet, but almost definitely wants you to know she likes you a lot.

#4 is kind of correct. Me, personally, as a girl, I’m way too shy to send a hint in a Tik Tok or reel to my crush, but I’ve seen my female friends do that, so I do recommend watching whatever she sends you.

More tips, from my side are:

1. Ask her questions. Not weird questions or any of the polite, awkward “the weather’s nice, isn’t it?” questions. Ask her valid questions, that show her you want to get to know her.

2. Names are so VERY important. Say her name often. It shows you’re interested.

3. You can tell her that she has a very pretty name. THIS IS PROBABLY THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE. Telling her she has a very pretty name will definitely give her butterflies.

4. Say, if she’s in your friend group, and you’re clicking a picture, you know that you have to hold each other in the pic, right? Even if everyone’s putting an arm around each other, you can hold her by the waist. PLEASE make sure she’s comfortable with this, though, because the last thing you want to do is make her uncomfortable by you.

5. Another way to give her butterflies is to call another girl by her name. For example your crushes name is Emma, and you have a classmate/friend called Eda. Call ‘Eda’ by Emma’s name and make it look accidental. Do this in front of Emma (your crush). It will almost definitely give her butterflies.

6. Respect the women (mother, especially) in your life. If the girl you like knows that you respect your mother, it will make her feel comfortable with you. You can make appearances with your mom, to show your crush that you do really respect your mother.

7. Be good with children. There is nothing hotter in a man that being good with children. Seriously, though.
