I had both BOA and WF. Finally woke up and went with a local bank with a high Interest Saving account. Thank you Dayana

I have a Bank of America account, which I opened when I was working in the U.S. I have since left the U.S. and returned to my hometown. I called customer service to close my account. At first, it was incredibly difficult to speak with a real person. Anyway, after a couple of connections, I managed to ask for help, but they just gave me irrelevant information, which wasn’t helpful at all. I thought, “Once this is resolved, it will finally be over, ” but every time I called, new issues kept popping up. The problem now is that I can’t even get through. I’m making an international call to their customer service, but for 30 minutes, all I’ve been hearing is the same repeated message.

It’s very sad about Bank of America. It started off with a great story.

When I robbed a Wells Fargo because they lost my money I went to jail for it but they didn’t do a day when they robbed me 😢

BoFa is excruciatingly bad. My wife and I had an account with them years ago and the tellers were all hmmm ladies who portrayed as if the bank was better than it was, and service was always subpar. WF has, and always will be, a super bad bank. If you bank with Wells you get what you deserve because the next scandal is right around the corner.

Personally I feel you can't beat a Credit Union. I find a CU treats you fairly and has every service you could possibly need. Interest rates CD loans etc.... always competitive.

I have key bank which has no monthly fees but I wouldn’t get their savings account. Their checking account is worth it as they have physical locations

I just realize other utubers dont talk about BoA or WF (except for the BILT credit card that belongs to wf) i just remember once back in 2017 i tried to apply for a checking account for BoA but luckily i forgot my driver license.

I just open a checking and savings with Wells Fargo I’m doing there $825 bonus but once I’m done with that I will be closing this account
