BoA refused to accept aBANL CHECK from my mother’s bank the night before our trip because I didn’t have any credit score!! They came out and accused me of trying to use a fraudulent check. Can you call the police and had them on standby in the lobby, totally embarrassing me! They wanted to keep the check and said that they make up deposits the next day, “if it was not fired right one“. I said “no way you can keep a copy of it and do your little research“. It all ended up working out OK, they discovered that my mothers bank was a small little bank in a small little town in Massachusetts, and that she had over $1 million in liquid assets needless to say we went on a trip everything worked out but my money was taken out of Bank of America that day

Zelle is very bad. Chase did the same thing to me. All it takes is someone to pay you via Zelle, and then come back and say that the transaction was fraudulent. They will pull that money out without proof.

Mike I went to close my Bank of America account and they asked why so I showed them your video, and one associate said you need to lose a lot of weight before bad mouthing them. The service was absolutely terrible.

I should proofread my post before I hit the arrow key… in essence they wanted to keep my money until they were satisfied with their investigation. They kept a copy of it and I went in first thing the next morning I had to practically twist their arm to get an apology. They have the tail between the legs a little bit, but not that much.
