As a Wells Fargo customer, I can concur to what he saying and go a little further. Wells Fargo stole more than $200 from my account. The ATM ate my money and they refuse to replace it but I’m keeping the account because I think I’m gonna recoup my money and then some cause they gonna mess up and I’m gonna be right there with my attorneys.

Bro I’ve been with chime for 4 years lived in 3 different continents and used endless amounts of spending, and atm + international expenses and chime has been the best in customer service over all American standard banks, I’ve never had an issues or heard of this until now. Only thing is against chime is some rental companies don’t accept the card because the know customers have the advantage when it comes to requesting refunds, and if you’re a small business banks don’t offer you loans deposited into this card. But canceling the card and stealing your money, I couldn’t imagine

Pick a regional bank or credit Union. Never go with a big bank

I’ve had Bank of America for almost 20 years. Never had one issue, but the bank I recommended is Wells Fargo. Everyone always brings up the 2015 fiasco (which didn’t affect me) but that was almost 10 years ago. Since then they have been really good. Never any issues. The ones I do not recommend is Truist or Chase.

There was an article written about Wells Fargo in which the author outlined all the ways that Wells Fargo was breaking the law. They labeled WF as a criminal enterprise. WF got the article taken down and the author black balled. If you can find the article is is a great read.

Every single bank has some sort of problem, some at a larger scale or more prevalent than others. Especially if it is a large bank. Just don't put all of your eggs in one basket.

I was really hoping Bank of America was not on the list since that's the one I've been using and the only bank I've ever used. Feels like I've been lucky so far that nothing bad has happened to me yet.

Oh my. I've had usaa since I was 17. When I am in the grocery store, ppl from the bank constantly try to get me to open accounts. I always refuse.

I first banked at Wells Fargo before the military and joined Navy Fed. Such a scam and a bunch of unnecessary fees too.

Fun Fact: Bank of America is an ITALIAN BANK! Used to be called Bank of ITALY then it changed the name to Bank Of America as people did not trust Bank of Italy name.
