Thank you so much for explaining each & every steps indepth unlike other videos which left out some important details to make their video shorten but not you. Theres this one thing i woild like to ask is when using ventoy to create window install media you have already setup for secure boot support value to 1, so i was jst wondering why then you wouuld have to disable secure boot to off in the BIOS Setup menu. I ve also seen some Ytubers telling not to turn off & enrolled the key instead.

Aging thank you so much for amazing content you have created.

You have my subscription and like.

I especially liked processor part where you talked about 12 gen and linux kernel incompatibility.

I would also like to see how you create virtual environment with network configuration using qemu and kvm

Perfect. I liked the succinct presentation of all the essentials needed to set up this dual-boot system.
Nice that you went for VeraCrypt. The 'dislocker' package can, however, open BitLocker volumes in r/w mode.
So far, I don't know what advantage Grub has over systemd-boot (which, btw, is used at 15:01 by the Arch Linux ISO).

You mentioned slight compatibility 'issues' with the Dell XPS. Perhaps you can elaborate on them in a future video.
Thanks for making this content and putting so much effort into it.

Glad to see a new video from you - keep them coming!
So BIG question - why dual boot when you start off saying you run a bunch of VMs? You already have a great work flow as to when to switch between onboard and dedicated GPU - why not do passthrough with your Win11 system and forego dual booting?

I really like dell laptops. My 9550 is still going after 6 years but i had 2 battery replacements cause they kept expanding in the laptop forcing the toughpad out of the palm rest! Beautiful 4k touchscreen and still really quick though. Taken it to bits many times and they're built really well. Now have a lenovo thinkpad workstation t15g gen2, beast, but the battery life and weight suck 😅

I'm getting a http 502 error for the blog write up. Does windows still nuke grub after updating?

Great video! I'm about to give this a shot, curious why you chose Windows 11 over 10.

Awesome video, I followed your guide and have Windows 11 & Arch running successfully on my Dell XPS 15 9520. I would love it if you could go through setting up the graphic card, and graphical switching as well 🙌 I have an issue when trying to wake up the computer when locked/suspended it freezes, any ideas?

I've been getting Automatic Repair since i started using separate disk, should i share the efi partition with linux and windows, like on a single disk, didn't get any issue back when i was doing it that way.

I’m getting a new desktop and am thinking to dualboot windows and Linux. But I’m new to Linux. Are there good resources where I can get started as Linux beginner?
