Deadpool's suit was pure Adamantium. It's never flat out stated, but we can reach this conclusion from all the things you pointed out. We can also conclude no Vibranium wad used in making the suit because Vibranium acts like a capacitor. It absorbant and reactive. We learn this in Black Panther. It does this by allowing incoming energy to spread evenly across its surface. This property gets amplified 10 fold when vobranium is made into fabric and textiles. Much like Kevlar. Audiences would know if his suit was able to do this. Especially when you take into consideration that Deadpool takes A LOT of hits. Way more that other super heroes. It's kinda his thing

The suit is damaged. If you look closely at places Deadpool was hit, you can see marks that are blending in with the suit. The suit is not made of any special material. It's just well made to hide damages, Deadpool confirms this himself.

The reason why Wolverine's suit got destroyed in the scene with the Time Ripper, was simply fan service and most likely to show off the trained body of Hugh Jackman (and that was most likely Reynolds idea). The reason why that doesn't happen to Deadpool is, because the character and Ryan Reynolds don't have impressive abs to show, and Deadpool's upper body probably looks as disfigured as his face.
