Fire Drill!! | ADT Unimode 10UD System Test 17

Ever wonder how buildings can preform fire drills without calling the fire department? The fire drill button is probably the most satisfying button on the fire alarm system! Although it's not the only way to perform a fire drill, control panels with this feature make the whole process easy.

The Wheelock Exceder Series of alarms was made available to the market in 2010. This alarm has two individual coding options (continuous or temporal 3), three volume settings (low, medium, and high), eight candela settings (for wall models, 15/1575/30/75/95/110/135/185), and can come in red or white styles. Its unique sleek look will "please building owners" according to its datasheet. Comment below your opinion on the Exceder's design, I'm curious!

This is my other channel, subscribe to see some wild wilderness adventures:

I love that modern combo alot with the exceeder and bell. Almost as if it could be a fire suppression bell. Great video!

You are one of the first alarm Youtubers that I ever watched, you inspired me to have a passion for fire alarms and I am vary grateful for that!

So, you went from having your first alarm as the Exceder, all the way to what you have as to today, huh? If only I could do the same awesomeness just like you, but then again, how many devices would I hook up and how much square feet would I actually need?

That’s really cool that the wheelock exceeder was your first fire alarm. My first one was a gentex commander 3 and it came out in the year 2002.

BG 12 L Pull Station was my first one.
Then SpectrAlert Classic Horn Only and SpectrAlert Classic Strobe Only came together.
Then EST Genesis Horn Strobe and BNG 1 Pull Station.
Then SpectrAlert Advance Horn Strobe.
Then Wheelock Speaker Strobe and Edwards 278B - 1120 Pull Station.
Then finally the Simplex 4906-9151 Truealert Speaker Strobe.
That's the order in which I got my Fire Alarms and Pull Stations.

Question! If you do a drill test should your HVAC system turn off? It shouldn’t right?

Nice Work On Your Systems Man! I Have My Key Switch Wired Up On My System Currently And My Favorite Thing Is To Change The Code Of The NAC I Have The Light Wired Up To. I Can Make It Flash, Stay On Continously, And Code 3. It's Cool.

My first fire alarm was a Notifier NBG-12LX and a System Sensor P2430W. Both were from a school my dad was tearing down and so is every other fire alarm I have.
Later I got a Wheelock RSS-2475C, a Wheelock MIZ-24-WM and a System Sensor SC24 1575W. I don't have very much because I just recently got back in but soon I'll have a lot more.
