Could i do this if i just need to fix a problem with my washer. because i put it on delicate one time to wash my comforter and now when i try to wash it on normal it still moves slow like it’s on delicate. so should i do this or no

The manual doesn't say a word about Test/Diagnostic mode. Under "Troubleshooting" there is a column for "solutions." None of the solutions describe test mode, how to use it, what signals the machine gives back during test mode...nothing.

I've done test mode, and I have no idea if there are any "issues, " the machine doesn't tell me anything. When using the machine, it doesn't drain fully. How does test mode tell me if the drain system is functioning or not? The machine was smoking. What does test mode tell me if it was smoking? It doesn't drain, so I'm not really interested in filling it with water again while it's hooked up. This is a major bummer.
