Thank you Kevin. I'm a 57 year old Engineer who has spent his life listening to educators and trainers, you are as good as the best of them. I am now proficient in Fusion and it is entirely through your training.

Overall great tutorial for any boolean command but I wouldn't recommend using this geometry (rook and queen) for a 2-part mold unless the final product is soft like a foam or silicone.

FYI when selecting the faces for the offset it makes a BIG difference if you start drawing the selection rectangle from the right corner or left. Mind blowing.

These tutorials are gold - thank you

What would you use the mold for, silicone?

When creating the chamfer on the edges of the mold - select "equal distance" type. Fusion defaulted to a different selection which was preventing me from completing the operation

Only wish i had nore to give, as i appreciate your work creating a set of lessons for those out there who have had trouble finding a great set all in one "location" and from a creator who doesnt assume more CAD/CAM/3D-Modeling software experience

Thank you so much for obtaining a 'fundamental' and 'free', I mean 'a basic understanding' course for us, the beginners. It's a great starting point for the path to more advanced ones. Nothing is sufficient without actual experience, as I got from my life before.

I get the error, no intersection between target and split body.
