Receipe

• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
• 1/4 tsp pepper powder
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 2 tbsp coconut milk
• 4 curry leaves
• Salt to taste

Gravy:
Use half of the marination paste, 4 tbsp coconut milk, and salt to taste.

Method:
Marinate the fish with the paste and fry in coconut oil until crispy. In the same pan, add the reserved marination paste, coconut milk, and curry leaves.
