I am 99.9% certain that this Tahoe is an old JRM hauling and recycling vehicle, I knew Sully personally, he drove a rear load trash truck but as part of his “benefits” he drove this as his personal vehicle. The former owner and founder of JRM took extraordinary care of his employees, Jim was a great person to work for, he expected the world from his employees but he would be willing to give you the world in return if you worked for it. I truly miss working for him and I hope he’s enjoying life after selling to Republic for almost half a billion dollars

Craig, I always enjoy your videos. Very informative. I understand your frustration with people you hire not performing up to expectations. However, I don’t think it’s a good look to criticize them in your videos. Mentor them so maybe they will strive to get better at their next job. Keep these excellent videos coming!

Spelab racing 🎉🎉🎉

Tip from razor blade user, buy some plastic razor blades to take all that excess stuff, like 10 dollars for 100 and they don’t scratch paint or clear coat nearly as much as metal blades

When talking to Jeremy more specifically when you're trying to teach him something, before telling him what he did wrong, 1st tell him something that he's done well or right... It will go a long way morale wise for him...

SpeLab Racing. I am a big fan of your channel and dealership. Your channel has played a big part in inspiring me to start trying to flip cars. I finally bought my first one, and hopefully, I'll be selling it next week!

Man it'd be nice if all used car dealers cared this much. You are definitely legit man. Here in Ga I don't think there's 1 honest used car dealer. Here they are in the business of saving crap cars at a price with payments nobody can afford. So they repo them. I had a friend that detailed at one and he said he'd seen 1 truck repoed 4 times in 1 yr

I like watching you fix the cars. It is a huge part of the process and I really enjoy seeing you go to an auction, buy a car and bring it back to your shop and fix it up and get it ready to sell.

Great video. I think these are the best type of videos you do. Gives us regular Joe's motivation to try this ourselves.

Don't go in on your ex/employees. You sound like a good guy, but also a smartass.
You have a good business. Last thing you need is locals with bad intentions

Call your detailing "Elbow Grease". We know that's what it takes.... cheers from Canada as always, love your channel.

I grew up in the East Coast and I could never be a dealer back there. The rust on the Ford is so far beyond what even the oldest cars here in Colorado look like underneath. Craig, feel free to reach out to me if you want to source some rust free western vehicles.

Muriatic acid is nasty stuff. I use a face shield and gloves up to my elbows. Prob should use a respirator as well.

Well...Here it goes... SPELAB RACING I can't get enough of your videos. Thanks for sharing the ins & outs of what to look for when buying/selling vehicles. Your insights are priceless. It's really nice to know there are honest car dealers still left.

Craig, a great product for black plastics and rubber: Penetrol. It can be simply wiped on a clean surface with a rag and will bring back many black materials instantly. Color uniformity and even ness is easy. If you decide after you still want to paint, it's a great oil based paint prep. Helps even out spray paint finish if you like using satin black. I believe it is part linseed oil, and it lasts very well. If you miss a spot, easy to touch up.

The damage to the clear could be fallout from all the crap in the air at the salvage yard.
