I’m interested in the concept but our shopping centres in the UK are full of empty commercial properties so I don’t get it. Why would you purchase a commercial property to have it sit empty as no business wants to operate there?

Nicely and honestly explained Abi😊 Costa is a hypothetical example. There are umpteen other chains and big Mac Ney tenants who might consider such a unit. As well as smaller time concerns who may take up something like a 5 year lease at least. Love the commercial idea 😄🎉🎉🎉
