HOW TO BEAT ILLAOI AS DARIUS - KNOW YOUR ENEMY

The next installment in our series is the Illaoi matchup. This matchup is very tricky for a lot of Darius players so here are way you can outplay them and use them to gain a lead to snowball the game with.

I'm a diamond illaoi main. This matchup should go like this,
lvl 1 - 2 illaoi should only be allowed to farm with her Q. lvl 3 - lv 5 illaoi can only win with 2 tentacles set up and hit her E. After lvl6, illaoi has to hit max range E then ult to win the all in.
It's a hard matchup for illaoi if Darius knows her kit well, but most Darius players don't.

when playing an illaoi they will always flash the mastery icon, it is something they need to do to survive, if they dont they will explode from the inside and cease to exist. That is the curse of playing illaoi

Great vid as always I have questions about the Ornn and Maokai matchups (Lol darius player cant kill tanks? what a shitter). No matter what I build or even if I get a few kills I just can't seem to kill them ever even with 5 stacks and full combo and then just lose or go even in lane. Any tips?
