CALDO DE ALBÓNDIGAS INGREDIENTS:
For the Albóndigas:
► 2 lbs ground beef
► Salt and pepper to taste
► Some chopped mint leaves
► 1 cup uncooked rice
► 2 eggs at room temperature
For the caldo:
► 1/2 white onion
► 3 garlic cloves
► 2 chile morita
► 5 roma tomatoes
► 10 cups hot water
► 2 tbsp chicken bouillon
► 3 carrots
► 2 potatoes
► 2 calabacitas
► Small bunch of cilantro
