Let me share with you my how to make my super easy and delicious CALDO DE ALBÓNDIGA VERDE, now let me tell this is a recipe you want to save and keep forever! So I hope you enjoy it just as much as we do! ❤️

Ingredients
For the meatballs:
2 lbs lean ground beef
2 tsp garlic salt, oregano, black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin, salt
1 cup uncooked white rice
1/4 cup Chile verde
2 eggs
2 minced garlic clove
1/2 small diced onion
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
For the caldillo
2 roasted and peeled Anaheim peppers
4 roasted and peeled poblano peppers
1-2 jalapeños or serranos
10 raw tomatillos
4 garlic cloves
1/2 onion
Handful of cilantro
1 cup sinash
2-3 tbsp chicken bouillon
Salt to taste I used 4 tsp
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin, thyme
1/2 tsp marjoram
For the caldo
3 corns
3 medium potatoes
3 carrots
4 celery stalks
2 calabacitas
1 bay leaf
1 serving of love 💕
