If you want more pars, but struggle with distance, let me show you how to get the wrists releasing like lightning. The first step is understanding how they work and how to place the club in your hands --- key to that effort. The next step is to crack the lightning or light the match. So, let's get to it.

This is an incredible tip. So easy and so effective. Just putting the club in the fingers instead of the palm! It immediately gave me much better impact and so much more distance! On one hole my 7 iron took me even to 160 meters and straight where I only used to reach 140 meters max. And almost effortless. Of all the lessons I had no one ever corrected me on this. One of the best tips I ever had. @Christina, keep up the good work!

Christina gives great tips! I have watched many of her videos and she really gets it! When she's working with others she can succinctly put tips into action very well! I'm sure she's a great instructor.

Great tip Christina. As a 6.5 handicapper, if I start spraying the ball around the course, it's most likely because my hands are getting "lazy" through impact. I really have to focus on putting plenty of "zip and zing" into my release. I'm not sure how it works exactly, but when I do focus on my hands through the impact zone, everything else in my swing just seems to fall into place (most of the time😉)

Such a good reminder!! I seem to fall into slowing down when I'm trying to lay up.

A few years ago I was determined to play golf when I hurt my back. I went to the range hoping my back would magically heal, I was crazy stiff, but for the first time I experienced a perfect club release just swinging my arms with no body. I have not been able to recreate that feeling since. on the course.

Good tip, my question is, how far are you hitting your drives with ‘fast hands’? Thank you!
