Cassey, you helped me go from almost 200 lbs my freshman year to 140 lbs & gain soooo much confidence & finally learned how it feels to feel GOOD in my body physically and mentally 😭 thank you so much for all you do 🙏🏻

She looked absolutely fantastic in the 'before'. She gained more tone and definition in the 'after'. Eitherway, if she is healthy and happy, I am there for it.

Body positivity is about loving yourself and improving to get better. Never hate your current body, respect it and be grateful because someone out there probably wished they had your physique too. Instead of tearing yourself down for not looking perfect, be grateful because some people don’t even have the luxury to get out of their beds to walk or run freely. i would really appreciate it if you could make a video on 90 day journey in detail. i want to do this too but 90 days just seems impossible. thats like 3 months. how can one stay consistent through out. i mean there must be a lot of up and downs.
