It should be appointed lawyers. Remove incentives. No mobiles, no internet, no freedom to roam, basic food, monitored conversations. Only freedom to return to France or beyond. Plus rich migrants from Hong Kong should be taxed to offset the increase in house prices which will impact inheritance tax.

We need a mass vote of no confidence on Sadiq Khan's plan for ULEZ. He is doing his own thing rather than doing what the people who voted him in want. Scrap ULEZ, paying £12.50 does not improve the air quality and if the car passes MOT emissions then they are fit to run on the road.
