Madden is so animation based that nothing matters except for speed. They know this, and that’s why ultimate team is the way that it is. They no longer have “budget beasts” which were fast players that were low overall. Now they have tied the overall rating directly to speed rating. Last year, 97 overall Jerome Bettis had more speed than 94 overall Chris Johnson.

I don't mind thr actual gameplay, what I'd really like is more independent franchise, more interaction with the media, and more stats and reactions to it.

Just praying they lose the exclusive license like they should've 10 years ago. Same bullshit every year and people that don't know much about video games eat it up and EA makes millions laughing at the consumer. Depressing. Furthest thing from a simulation football game

I've been playing Madden online since 2003. I've seen it all. Back in the day, it required brain work. Now, they put artificial intelligence on cruise control while the USER skill is limited. This is what technology is doing to gaming now. Making shortcuts, there is no manual work involved. I want full user control and physics, not a pressurized click of a stick input.

I’ve been wondering since we live in a “digital era” where things such as numbers can be manipulated to give a certain result.. For instance streams and billboards.. Who’s to say the same isn’t happening with Madden and other games.. What if no one is really buying Madden but the digital numbers may say that we are?.. EA has a license with the NFL to produce the game every year.. They’ve made their money already in a sense..

I am here to say that I have got a copy of madden 25. I think the game is a big upgrade from Madden 24. This is a rare sighting because most EA sports games are repeats from last year. I can confirm this year they have finally put in the work. this is the perfect follow up from another great game college football 25

I played both cfb 25 and madden and I think maddens a fixed version with less broken tackles and I loved 24 and wish they copy and pasted that to the new one😂

Physics based tackling, but when my defensive tackle tried to sack Mahomes, Mahomes shrugged him off running it in for a touchdown. Another time one of my defenders hit Mahomes from the side with another in front of him. Mahomes still threw it 30 yards into a tight window for a touchdown. If that would’ve been me trying to pass it would’ve either been intercepted or a sack. They do things like that, but my guys miss wide open passes. Even when I try to dive into the end zone beating a defender, the game will cause my guy to slow down almost freezing him for a second allowing the defender to tackle my guy. This was my first game. I uninstalled that junk. No way I’m going through a season like that. This game is awful. It’s almost as if it’s predetermined.
