Hi Adam,

Got it now after watching second time.
Please correct me if i not understood in correct way.

When record is coming from SQ, you are giving NEXTVAL=1 to emp_no having lowest value and assigning O_COUNT=1 to emp_no having highest value by ordering EMP_ID in descending order.

Hi Adam,

I have a query here.

for first incoming record, nextval will be 1 and you are routing this to first target table.--understood this
but at the same time, O_count will also have value 1 for first record.how this mapping taking last record of source table for o_count=1 ? can you please explain ?

Is it because you sorted emp_id in desc order ?

hi I'm new to informatica .. informatica service is not running(services.msc) if i click start it stops within couple of secs.. In powercenter whn i try to connect to rep it throws [PCSF_46008] Cannot connect to domain to look up service note: Initially I changed my source and target password since it displayed it vl expire in 7 days in oracle sql developer.. plz guide me.
