2. Upon booking the load, be sure to provide the broker with your Notice of Assignment. This is very important! If the broker has our NOA on file at the time you submit the load for funding, it will significantly reduce the duration to issue your payment. Remember, it can take a broker 24-48 hours to update an NOA.

3. Once the load has been delivered, email clear and legible copies of the documentation to your Engaged Financial sales rep. Be sure to include the rate confirmation, proof of delivery, and any support documentation associated with the shipment.

4. After your first submission, you will receive an email with a link to your Engaged Financial Portal. In the portal, you will be able to submit documents for funding, and choose how you would like to be paid. When submitting, always note if you have additional cost for lumper receipts or detention, as well as deductions for fuel advances.

5. The deadline for guaranteed funding is 1PM Central Standard Time. If submitted before 1 PM, and the load is successfully verified by the broker, Wire and Fuel requests will be funded the same business day, and ACH requests will be funded the following business day. To avoid payment delays, always submit complete, and clear documentation.

Extremely insightful information. Ivo Baltic and his team has served as an invaluable resource.

I am EXTREMELY NEW to this industry, and searched for a factoring company for weeks… EVERYONE that I spoke with seemed to be reading from some type of “rehearsed script”, and appeared to be very annoyed by my questions… when I spoke with Ivo, he was gratifyingly HUMAN and patient with me and my “Newby Questions”… I feel extremely positive AND completely comfortable about working with this organization for the long haul!!

Can you factor loads if you’re under a final mile contract with a carrier?
