Daniel, your reasons for starting your own business are exactly why I did the same. I got tired of having my life dictated by corporate honchos who got paid way more than me. It's hard enough to earn a living without some district manager constantly telling you what to do. Sometimes corporate would visit my last place of employment and it would be stressed by my manager that we had to make them happy. I had enough at that point. Now I'm free and dictating my own future.

Thanks for this video. The part you said do not like being told what to do, when to take your lunch, when you can take vacation, take a day of and much more. I also like running things my way I see fit. I realize the 9 to 5 isn't for me. So I saved up and now I'm beginning to open a ecommerce store. I feel excited but I just need to get some help with marketing.

Daniel I am retired military, and recently quit a 100k+ a year job to start a knife sharpening business. Surprisingly there is a massive market and demand for it in my area. I am very small right now, but very busy. I couldn't work for anyone else anymore. I didn't feel free.Now I feel free, but still have bills and they stress me out and are making me regret my decision.

Great video. I know this was posted a while back, but I found out about this video today... I’m just waiting to be set free because I found out that I don’t like this 9-5 job since I’ve started at 17-18 yrs old (Now I’m 24). And fast forwarding to this current year, I’ve started my baking business and hoping I can build up enough income to do my business full time and sell other products on the side....
