Just won my chip in now a 2 year old dynasty super flex league, half PPR, 3 WR, 2 RB. My older brother runs it, $50 pay in each year. We keep our starting lineup, and if you don’t choose to keep a kicker / defense you go in to a separate draft specifically to fill out those positions. We keep every position besides super flex, so the 2nd QB changes each year usually. We do keep the flex spot. The rookies are mixed in the same draft as the players that aren’t kept on every roster. It’s an 8 round draft. My core is Allen, Chubb, Kyren, Amon-Ra, Diggs(may look to move), Pollard(looking to move), Jaxon Smith-Njigba. Gotta make keeper decisions which makes dynasty hard sometimes. Not sure what to do with Jaylen Warren, Nico Collins, and Jayden Reed. I can keep 1 at flex spot out of them

I love this video I would also love a follow up video that’s way more in depth and long and about more intricate details on how to commission a dynasty league. Like rules, the best settings, how to handle certain situations that may come up, etc.

We've had our dynasty 14 man since 2007, we created a booster leauge separate from our dynasty so teams that are not good can win in a yr. 2 yr. League and win draft picks

Sleeper is fine for generic basic dynasty leagues. But anything with any meat to it mfl is superior in every way. The fees are like a few bucks per owner and you just can't run a functioning devy, salary cap, etc league on sleeper. Sleeper has it's place and I have leagues on there too I just recommend people check out both mfl and sleeper and pick the one that fits their leagues the best.

Great vid! Out of curiosity (this year will be my first time doing dynasty) you say at the end of the video about picking young and productive players, why not go all out and gamble on good rookies?

We do auction league dynasty with experienced guys but I help people that are new and give them a couple of different strategies do they don’t bomb cause I don’t want a dumpster fire that’s hard to fill

My league’s startup draft is on the 25th, how much time should I put per pick?

How do set up the rookie draft after the startup draft and everyone picked kickers? Do you trade the picks or can you assign each individual pick?

What do you recommend for a league that started out with some bad rules (or just not ideal) and want to pivot to make it more of an impactful way? My one dynasty league had kickers, then we faded them out, we started with a shallow bench and starting roster, then added another WR slot and a few more bench spots, now there's been talks of adding a SF or 2 QB starting. Any thoughts or recommendations?
