Tre flips are still a damn pain in the ass for me. I can land them consistent but they take so much damn energy out of you. You got them like a pop shuv no effort I needa get to that point!!

The last 20 years or so I dragged the treflip with my frontfoot. Now I try to do it „the easy“ and steazy way and can’t get the muscle memory out of my head 😒

They are easy, its all in the back foot, your front foot is a "guide" the back foot does all the work
