Financial well-being should be on the list too!! They say $$$ won't make you happy but not having it will make you MISERABLE!! And stress you out A LOT!!!

Actually happiness just like any emotion are our own it's a choice

I can choose to be happy or sad or both I just don't have to react emotionally because of the sadness

Yes cry yes feel it but we experience more than feeling at a time all the time yet we are taught to only feel one

I have died 4 times and I choose to celebrate every day and even if bad things happen it doesn't mean it was a bad day or that I'm not happy

It's all perspectives

Go within and don't wait on another person or any materialistic item to find happiness you already have it you just have to choose it each and every day
