Pakistani Street Food You've never seen before!! Karachi Street Food 🇵🇰

Akbar Cafe- A family that originally comes from Bihar province of India, this now third generation shop is serving up some rarely seen food. The paye and kachori combination. Something I thought was going to be too heavy and oily, but this family does a great job of making sure the Paye is full of flavor and not weighed down by the fat and oil added. If you ever needed a reason to go all the way out to Orangi town, this is it.

Open: Mornings paye and kachori, afternoon for samosas

Bhashani- A Bengali sweet shop, I would say before leaving Orangi town to make sure to stop by here and try the Dhaka cham cham. A sweet milk dessert with a twist and something you can't really find unless you come all the way to Orangi town.

Quetta Jamal Durrani Hotel- These guys are just like family. I love their Quetta chai, but mainly I love their personality and openness to making me feel like family. It's also the origin of the first and only "Shining Wala".

Super Biryani and Bun Kabab House- Bun kabab is the street food of Karachi. Come here to experience one of the most decadent bun kebab of all Karachi.

Waheed Kabab House Burns Road- One of the most well known spots in Karachi. While they do many things here, the Kebab fry is something I cannot miss when I come to Karachi. A late night craving that is always fixed by Waheed.

What's amazing is how much research was put into this video and how the Goras were able to find Kachoris and Paye in Karachi, that too in Orangi Town (I haven't been there, I've been living in KHI since the last 27 years).
They aren't just going to the famous places, they are exploring and finding out awesome places where we haven't even been to. Kudos to Max and Chris, they are doing splendid work!

Born in Karachi left to study for the US at 17 and maan growing up I was a street kid meaning as soon as I was old enuff to be let loose unchaparoned I only ate out but never the foods u guys are experiencing I envy you. Planning on visiting Karachi this year and I promise you this I am going to the same places u guys visited. 100% whenever I had a chance to visit Karachi my friends took me every nite to high end hotels and restaurants no more. I loved your take on the amazing mouth watering super oily fried keema. U right that was the Oscars of the cuisine if once u create that taste as you guys did and I want to share with you seeing it thru your eyes I now would appreciate the street food a million times more.
