Well mine not working nor is there a sound when i press for water . Is this most likely mean i will need a new pump for windshield washer?

This was my problem also pulled hard on the pump it came out rubber filter completely blocked smelt like limescale ! Customer using water I’m sure !!

It would’ve been great if you’d told us what car you’re working on but I think it is just a matter of doing some research about where the pump is in your vehicle and how to remove it. My Ford explorer 2005 has that problem and I think it is because I bought some cheap fluid at the 99 cent store.

I think you can get away with removing some of those bolts and not the whole lining.
