Why is this woman mourning when an innocent man walks free?

The person I'm mad at is the father who wasn't there for his son and now wants a paycheck

Now FOX cares about "jury of their peers" ???? What about Trump and the jury ???

One time I saw someone pull a knife and start a fight on the DC Metro (approaching Farraugut Sq.) I was near an exit and got off and called 911. I believe there was an arrest at Metro Center.

If only Neely thought about his actions....play stupid games win stupid prizes.

Neeley was offered housing in Brooklyn and council for his problems he left after 13 days. If my mother or sister is on a train I hope there is a Daniel penny on board to protect them. Smart editing to get the interview to fit your agenda.

David, please choose your substitute host's wisely. Choose someone who actually knows what they are talking about.

Hmm I’m a progressive but don’t think he should be shamed for helping defend fellow riders from a mentally disturbed person. Why did the cOps not come faster is the real concern here (aside from mental health issues and societal issues) from what I understand of this particular scenario. I live in nyc and have had to come close to grappling with crazies on the street. My first thought is it’s gross and they could have a knife. I think having this polarized in political terms does a disservice to progressive politics.

The same people condemning Daniel Penny for killing Jordan Neely are celebrating the killing of Brian Thompson who was walking on a sidewalk minding his business. I hate what Brian Thompson stood for, but I can't understand the bloodlust on the side of the political spectrum that I consider myself on.

Amazing, this new host is even more condescending and smug than Pakman. I didn’t think that was possible.

Laura from Fox wanted to act like this guy was a “hero”, but the UHC killer was some kind of terrorist. The establishment (on both sides of the political spectrum) are so out of touch. Penny is no hero.

What about the person who was holding Jordan's hands and arms to keep him from defending himself?

If you convict someone for trying to help strangers you are a demented fool. It was a terrible shame but Penny certainly didn’t intend to kill him, he intended to restrain him until police arrived.

They are gonna lionize him like they did Kyle Rittenhouse

This is really a failure of the government. From all accounts, Neely was acting aggressively and menacingly, and Penny's response, though a bit extreme, wasn't entirely indefensible. Check out Breaking Points segment on this event for better and more thoughtful analysis

Witnesses' say he was smiling when the cops showed up. Also, he could have let go when the car emptied or when the guy passed out. He wanted to take him out. He's smiling now. The very opposite of hero.

This might be the most dishonest reporting I've seen since turning off cable news about an hour ago
