💪 TRX T’s⁣
💪 TRX FRONT RAISE⁣
💪 TRX FACE PULLS⁣

KEY TECHNIQUE POINTS⁣

🎯 Think zombie. Round shoulders forward remove the upper back muscles help⁣

🎯 Focus on slapping hands to the outer walls/roof.⁣

🎯 No hanging at the bottom, keep tension by stopping just before arms are straight out in front⁣

🎯 Rotate wrists up at the top for TRX FACE PULLS⁣

🎯 Internally focus on squeezing the shoulder muscles constantly, gripping the handles tight can help with this⁣

🕰 TEMPO⁣:⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
4 sec downward⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
0 sec pause at the bottom⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
1 contract upward⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
2 sec squeeze at the top⁣⁣⁣ ⁣

💪 Reps to failure for 2 sets, 40 sec rest⁣
