💪 TRX Y’S
💪 TRX T’s
💪 TRX FRONT RAISE
💪 TRX FACE PULLS
KEY TECHNIQUE POINTS
🎯 Think zombie. Round shoulders forward remove the upper back muscles help
🎯 Focus on slapping hands to the outer walls/roof.
🎯 No hanging at the bottom, keep tension by stopping just before arms are straight out in front
🎯 Rotate wrists up at the top for TRX FACE PULLS
🎯 Internally focus on squeezing the shoulder muscles constantly, gripping the handles tight can help with this
🕰 TEMPO:
4 sec downward
0 sec pause at the bottom
1 contract upward
2 sec squeeze at the top
💪 Reps to failure for 2 sets, 40 sec rest
