A good water methanol injection kit works to get you the same if not better results as E85. You can get your fuel up to any where from 112 - 120 octane while also cooling your air as it goes into the intake.

E85 is good with the s55 but gotta change oil and plugs WAY more often plus chance ur injectors get stuck open. All 6 of mine did running e85( tested every fill up )

How can i tell how much water there is in my e85?

These tests seem to basically give you a two part result.
1. % of fuel
2 % of Ethanol/Water Mix.

My tube tester says e84, my cars ethonol sensor says e71...

Which is correct?
