I'm 7 months pregnant and been suffering with SPD for a whole month! I seen my dr for my appointment told him about the pain he suggested to just get a pregnancy belt, tylonel, heating pads to deal with my pain. I seen this video two days ago and finally my mans home from work so we can try it. I've had a hard time walking getting up everything. we tried it just now and we heard the pop twice, instantly I felt better!! I got off the floor and started picking my legs up where as before I would almost cry to put my jeans on! thanks for the video I was so excited I had to write this review right after we tried it!

Your a God send! Im a fellow chiropractor and this isn't a technique I was taught in school but my wife was suffering and this technique helped relieved her pain. She had grade 3 muscle strength in adduction and after the 3 audibles due to this technique she was back at full strength. Thanks again! Can't say it enough.

😭 thank you so much for posting. Every time I've moved my legs for the past 8 days, it's felt like lightning. We tried both methods and decided to try the first one more time and my hip clicked right in place. Seriously just made my day!

Hi John, thank you for this video.
I had a baby of 8months and facing deep pain of PSD. Also led to loss of sensation and ability to move on both legs. Lived with the pains as the hospital only stimulate and ask me to ride bicycle, but recently changed my hospital to another. I am on short wave heat transfer to reduce pain and stabilization exercise.
I will try out your exercise. I will be glad it helps.

I'm sure I have this . I do a lot of strenuous exercising and weight lifting. I went to the doctor and they said that maybe I have kidney stones but after doing tons of research on my own I am sure this is what I have!

Should the patient be adjusting for pelvic tilt or just be completely relaxed? For example I can tense the muscles on one side to make my hips more aligned (which relieves pain) but obviously I wouldn’t be as relaxed for the adjustment

Hi, I am experiencing sever pain in frontal bones of Pubic area, end of tail bone, around innner thights around joints. Mostly observed when rolling over, climbing up, walking, lifting leg. This was observed in 9th month of pregnancy but did not know what it is and thought it’s due to increase in belly weight and now experiencing it severe after a year. Is it the same? Can it be healed permanently?I am worried as I have difficulty in walking normally. Pain is observed from last 3-4 days. I have constant sitting and sleeping on one side due to feeding baby.

I had a very auditable pop, How often should you do this ? It’s not a permanent fix, but how often can you adjust yourself?

I tried both techniques i didnt hear any crack but i still felt about 75 percent relief from the pain. Is it possible that it can work without any audible adjustment
