Northern Ireland Secretary of State Brandon Lewis was interviewed by Sky News and he demonstrated that either he doesn't understand how Russian money can influence his party or he pretended not to.

What surprises me the most is how cheap it is to influence government ministers, £100k is a drop in the ocean to these rich powerful people. I'd imagine Putin would be willing to pay £100 million to influence GB international policies but most Tories would probably sell out the country for £10k or a few rolls of expensive wallpaper.

When companies and institutions are badly managed, when the elite take more and more from ordinary people, ok the working classes and substantially decrease their support while bathing in profits 📈...it will be worse than the Thatcher period.
