Ibra seems done . Now rw love how Mourinho shows that he wants to attack by singing attackers first rather than defenders . This season coming has that special feeling building #21

Twitter meltdowns and reports from Sky and Spanish newspapers are suggesting that we're close to completing the signing of Eric Bailly, 21 year old, 6' 2'' center back from Villareal FC. I'll just reiterate what I wrote earlier today.

First of all, I love how clear and decisive Mourinho has been as he sets about rebuilding the United team in the mould of his vision. We were aware that Mourinho was looking for a tall, strong, fast center half to go alongside Chris Smalling, basically the antithesis of Daley Blind who's on the transfer list as we speak.

If we go to see, there are only 3 center backs in FIFA '16 today who are over 6 feet and have a score more than 80 in both tackling and speed: Raphael Varane, Kostas Manolas and Eric Bailly.

Yes, FIFA stats, like whoscored and squawka data aren't exact and 100% reliable, but they do give an indication of player attributes and obviously, when taken in conjunction with scouting reports and in-depth video studies, can form the basis of a decision.

Real Madrid and Zinedine Zidane made it clear last month that Varane was not for sale; there would also have been morale issues if the player didn't wish to really leave in the first place. Anyway, after that, as recently as last week, United were reportedly in touch with A.S. Roma over Manolas. However, I'm led to believe that the income-sharing agreement between Olympiacos and Roma drove the price up for the Greek defender to a level beyond our comfort. Therefore, I wasn't the least bit surprised when I saw reports this morning linking us to Eric Bailly--the last of the names on that remarkably specific hit-list. A deal could be completed within 24 hours and that should make him available for pre-season. African countries are not involved in any continental competition this summer, so he should be injury-free and ready as well.

With Zlatan almost a done-deal (touch wood) in the ST position, there remain only 2 more positions to fill (I think Mourinho's going to trust Darmain at Right Back): Central Midfield, Right Wing. Paul Pogba makes the most sense for the first position and I think it'll to exciting to see who we sign for the right wing. Mata's definitely on the transfer list, as is Blind.

Some very valid points made with all of the players mentioned, I'd say 3 out of the 5 are probably bang on. Take care all. Regards, Dave the Rave. Wythenshawe Red

Great video, love the format. Some great players, Ibra already seeming likely. To think, a couple of months ago, us in our dire state. Now we're over the Moon, with Jose and the rest of the great summer to go into. Arsenal signing Vardy for 20mil, and us getting Ibra on the Bosman just tops it all. Jose and Ibra (nearly) have already made my summer and it's not even started. Let's get it all done. C'mon Utd!

Pogba is the most important player we need, bite the bullet and spend the money! Get it done!!! Zlatan hopefully will do well and a few more goals last year and we would have easily got CL. But games aren't dominated up front or at the back, its in the middle and Pogba is a beast!!!

If Mourinho can pull off a transfer period like last year we win the double next year :)

Would love Zlatan and Stones both at United!
Could be the strongest team in England with the right purchases and Mourinho himself, GGMU

Zlatan very good signing it could be but Willian and stones will also be great! Stones is not playing in front of Smalling and Cahil for England and was on the bench on the first game of Euro 2016, so stones should think about his club career and international career because if could be successful in the defence of Man UTD with smalling then he could force himself to the England squad line up.

William would be brilliant for most clubs. Jose is definitely going to try to reunite with him

Agree with Stones, everyone has dubbed him down after a poor season, but the whole Everton had a poor season. His composure on the ball his incredible for his age. I'm surprised you didn't mention N'Golo Kante. Cover's a lot of ground and would snug in nicely to a Mourinho set up.

Either way I'm glad we have a manager that has identified our areas that need strengthening & some how LvG did not. Also Zlatan & Mourinho's egos will make us be hated even more, that I cannot wait for! #mufc

Mark I think if you add light music during narration, it would do wonders for viewers and views. Try it and see for yourself.
