I don't mind us bringing in 29 year olds providing its not at the expense of getting rid of younger players, we need a blend of both, thats what our last Champs League winning side had, that team had a few 30 year olds in.

We need two class players in each position.

We need a world class player like Bale to elevate us, win us games that aren't going well, we have a lot of points to make up. he's 29 and injury prone, but for the price we would recoup in shirt sales, and through rotating would allow more game time for others.

Need a creative midfielder in the mould of Kroos/Modric Etc, hard to find class young ones, So I would look at fabregas, isn't guaranteed game time at Chelsea, but knows how to pick out a pass, knows how to keep possession, also wouldn't expect to play every game and available for a cut price.

Savic and Sandro because they are class players with World class potential. Would compete with Pogba Shaw, if they don't compete then we have a direct comparison to show we they aren't good enough.

Keep Martial if he is willing to compete with Sanchez, if not Loan him or sell him with buy back option. If he isn't willing allow Andreas Perriera to compete with Sanchez.

Have Rashford compete with Lukaku, but rotate far more and keep Ashford fresh.

A change of mentality, Look to kill teams early. Teams there to be beat be ruthless and don't over think games against smaller teams.

Change the plan A of big boot football to Plan C

Would love Isco at United. He’s exactly what we need in the midfield. So creative and can keep the ball. He would bring all our attackers in to play. He isn’t really getting much game time but not sure if Madrid will let him go.

we need a midfielder( looking likely to be savic ), a left back ( shaw is perfect but wont be played so maybe sandro ) and a right back ( valencia is getting older now so some fast, attacking one ). Even someone who can cross the ball because no one in our team at the moment can

There are a number of world-class squad players at the moment. I would include: De Gea, Bailly, Lukaku, Sanchez and on their day: Matic (slow), Pogba (unreliable), Lingard (talented), Rashford, Martial, Mata and Valencia.

If you look at where City is compared to UTD and where the holes are in our squad, we need to be bold. I propose 1 left back, 1 right back, 1 centre back, 1 mid-fielder and striker (5 signings) as essential. We need a back-up to Lukaka and someone who can come on as a sub and steal a goal. Happy to see the back of Fellaini, Shaw, Darmian.

Its not about who we sign in the summer, the bigger concern is will mourinho change the style and dynamics of the team for next season. That desperately needs sorting out.

I’d say we need at least 5 signings. Zlatan & Carrick have already gone & I can see another 6 going (Shaw, Blind, Jones, Fellaini, Martial, maybe Mata or Herrera. I’d like Fabinho, he can play a number of different positions. Sandro is a must. Savic & Fred would be great. A centre back is a must, I’d be happy with Umtiti or Alderweireld. And a winger would be nice!

I think man utd could maybe do a deal with Juventus where we see Martial and Darmian out plus money and see Dybala and Sandro in which I wouldn't mind
As I previously said I think I would prefer Alaba as he's more versatile but I think Sandro would be good anyway.
Umtiti would make a great partnership with Bailly, and if we got Alaba I'd be happy when we play 3 at the back as they would be solid.
And Fred and Savič would massively improve our midfield however I think Fred would probably start on the bench most games as Pogba, Savič and Matic would be incredible.

But, getting back to the real world, I realistically think we can get Sandro, Savic, Talisca and Willian... Maybe Bale
