Corsair 680X 'High Airflow' Case Review vs. Lian Li O11 Dynamic

The Corsair 680X High Airflow case is a new ATX tower that's marketed, obviously, toward airflow. The question is whether it's another H500P.

Lian Li's O11 Dynamic and O11 Air are the most obvious competitors to the 680X insofar as its form factor and layout, leaning again on the compartmentalized case configuration. Neither costs as much as Corsair's expensive, $250 680X, though, and so to call them direct "competitors" is potentially unfair -- the O11 Dynamic and Air are much cheaper, leaving the more price comparative options to the Cooler Master H500M.

Maybe it’s just me but I bought this case and love it. Build quality is amazing and coming from my previous case the airflow is awesome. I plan on putting 3 more ll120 fans to increase the airflow even more. This case is also very quiet compared to my previous case. Definitely recommend

I scrolled down a bit and didn't see it though I'm sure someone already mentioned this. The "countdown" bars on the side of the charts is perhaps the most glorious innovation I've seen on a youtube video that references charts/tables. I was fully empowered to decide if I needed to pause or if I had time to peruse. Thanks for taking the time to add that cool little touch.

Corsair has nailed it before with air flow with the Air 540. A highly recommended case with a similar dual compartment design to both the Lian Li and the 680X at a fraction of the cost... and it comes with fans.

I have this case with a massive duel noctua heatsink. Ryzen 5 5600x overclocked to boost at 4.9ghz on all cores. Fully air cooled and with all cores running in benchmarks it never gets over 65c - when gaming for 10 hours non stop which is a more real world use case, the temps never get a over 59c.i can't speak for other people or their use case but for me this is the best case I have ever had the pleasure of existing next to and it will remain an incredible case for as long as it lasts which is probably measured In decades. Oh and I paid £120 for it brand new. I couldn't be happier with it. I'd happily pay quadruple.

Corsair 680x is a rare beautiful case, and easy to build, very well designed, the temp is not a concern for me.

Built this case with a 3950X and 2080Ti. Using a NZXT Z63 and it's running really well. I even have it set as a negative case pressure.

Corsair *badly* needs to get back to its roots, providing excellent products for fair prices. It seems all they care about nowadays is bling, bling and RGB everything. I really have no idea what they're doing, and I've been a pretty loyal Corsair customer for some 10+ years.
Bring back the high-quality Obsidian series without bullshit, focus on performance first and foremost.

The fans that come in it, the LL 120mm RGB fans, are $100 for a triple pack. So with a small reduction for the cheap black fan, this case is only $130-140. I would say that's a good deal, considering how good this case looks.
