-Tissues
-Q-Tips
-Mini hand sanitizer
-Mini lotion
-Hair ties
-Mint Essential Oil
-Compact mirror
-Lipgloss
-Panty liners
-Pads (heavy, lighter, and long wearing)
-Tampons
-Compact hairbrush
-Mini perfume
-Contact eye drops (bc I wear contacts)
-Extra pair of undies (In case I bleed through)
-Acetaminophen or Tylenol
-Mini deodorant
-Lip scrub
-Lip Oil
-Tumms (Stomach meds)

Somehow this all fits in a makeup bag.

The thing is, this isnt really a “period” kit Its more of like a “everyday things” kit. But What i would acctually put for a period kit would be:
Tampons
Pads
Pills ( for cramps)
Wet tissues
A stain remover
And a few underwear incase you need to change ( and a bag to put your old underwear)

Another good thing to add is bandaids! Not just for yourself, but if someone else gets hurt you'll be prepared!

This is actually a really good idea like to spread the word that young woman and mothers should do this for themselves or their daughters!! I like the stain stick and travel advil as add ins for your emergency period kit for sure! Def think your short should be on every social media site to help share the info and make it a more common thing!!!

I would say one thing though after reading a few comments: when making a post like this maybe just stick to the actual topic and not add extras like tooth brush and tooth paste or floss, , granted those things are great to have handy but not necessary for a “period emergency bag”
And let’s not forget to add an extra pair of underwear!!!
