Ballet with Sophie, she’s absolutely incredible. She does online classes 1:1 or group, and studio glasses in Sloane Square. I can’t recommend her enough 💕💕🥰🥰

I love these vlogs there so chill.i needed this today 😊 you know I remember when I used to do that to my hair I would do the little clear rubber bands and I had those small butterfly clips they looked so cute, lol a little jump back to the early 2000s😊 but I do love what style your doing and think the clips you got are pretty 😍 have a great week hun xxx ❣️

I use those small medium hair clasp for holding my bun in place instead of using bobby pins. I make my bun then clasp one on each side of it. It even works for dressed up occasions using more fancier clasp that are decorated.

I often do a similar hairstyle to yours, and I found that clips which are flat at the bottom works better, as they feel more secure in my hair. For reference I have quite thick and stiff hair :)

Try a beginner ballet class, water aerobics or aerial hoop I feel these are fun and you don't notice your working out Xx

Reformers pilates are very different at different studios, personally it’s my favourite exercise and I used to HATE any form of exercise 😂 I would try a different reformers class as some are more strength work (wouldn’t recommend) and some are more classic or stretching which is a lot more similar to barre ☺️
