The “too many beds” becomes a goldilocks situation in which one of the characters is not comfortable in any of the beds except the other characters’, and the other character will not move, so they just end up begrudgingly sharing the same bed.

You know, for the "too many beds" trope, they could have the ultimate pillow fight and build a fort that they still end up sleeping together in. All these beds and they still make an excuse to cuddle.

i’ve read the “they weren’t roommates”. one of them always is super loud and you can hear them from next door and the other one gets so annoyed that they go over to knock on the door to tell them to shut up and they get flustered bc the person is super hot
