Osho changed my life completely when I started reading his books, first I did not understand a thing, than when I started meditating, I realized what he is talking about. He can explain everything in simple words. God must have brought him into my life. very true!!we can use hypnosis to brings total relaxation..total relaxation will help u to get into deeper state of consciousness easily..mind will be effortlessly focused..here focus will be a byproduct of the total relaxation rather than forcing to bring focus through concentration which is a lot of struggle and resistance..It helped me to watch my thoughts and be meditative effortlessly..

As and when we get able to understand purpose of life, we found ourself that we are at the end of life.
Its a virtual navigation which lead us all to never approaching dummy goals, designed by our close people.

To overcome from our beloved saying and belifes is much more tough then to amend ourself, so we all have to just keep taking birth and cover life cycle controlled by surroundings forces until unless we don't stop copying others designed life cycle.
Religions are designed life cycle.
Who so ever can overcome from Religions, is free from virtual prison.
Being alone for a moment is not sufficient, be alone till you get tired and convinced that what you have to keep with you and what have to leave forever.
