I believe that self-hypnosis typically does far more harm than good. I don't want permanent unconscious compulsions, programmed into me by an amateur, to interfere with my natural development.

Osho said in this video that self-hypnosis has to be done in the service of meditation. Therapy should dissolve into hypnosis, and hypnosis should dissolve into meditation. Therapy will cleanse you of all garbage. It throws out anything repressed inside you. The mind cleansed will fall into hypnosis more easily.

Suprim soul always said that we all are souls even today also tell us we are souls then why inter caste marriage is wrong and why our religion peoples are abuse our parents why it's wrong ? Who make dharma ? हम सब आदिमानव थे पेड़ो के छाल के कपड़े पहनते थे कपड़े तक हमने बनाये धर्म भी पहले ऐसे कुछ नही था राजा तक दूसरे क़िले जाकर वहां की लड़की से शादी कर लेते थे बिना जाती धर्म देखे फिर आज क्यों समाज जाती धर्म देखता हैं शादी के वक़्त जब परमात्मा कहते हैं तुम सभी आत्मा हो तुमको शरीर मिला तो नाम मिला शरीर को, फिर क्यों मना करते है बहुत से दोस्त मेरे परेशान हो गए हैं मरने तक गए और चारों तरफ इस बात से सभी बच्चे परेशान हैं।
