3% Rental Yield Rule
It’s good to know the following two rules if you’re planning on buying an immovable property not for your own use.
👉🏼 commercial properties give a much better return than residential properties do
👉🏼 if the property does not generate a minimum 3% of the total cost of the house as annual rent, then it’s not just bad, it’s terrible.
