I want you to begin the practice of rope flow, and in this video I'm going to explain how to perform the first 2 fundamental patterns of the practice. The patterns have a natural synergy with out natural human movement and will actually help us get out of pain and move with more fluidity.

Your gains in coordination and athletic movement ability are incredible, and you won't regret adding this practice into your movement toolbox.

I really hope you guys give this practice a shot, shoot any questions you have in the comments! As mentioned, I made a full FREE foundations course (Link in description) that will get you comfortable with the rope in the next 4 weeks. No joke, I think this will be life changing for a lot of you (as it has been for me). Orrrr maybe I'm just lost in the flow sauce

Linear training can get boring, this looks like a great way to mix things up! Solid bro solid!!

I’ve been flowing for 3 year. Advanced ropeflow gives you superior agility and coordination. I coach student athletes and I leave them shaking their heads when I demonstrate ropeflow. Definitely underrated!

Bro, you sold me on this. When you said something about going into a meditative state, you ABSOLUTELY sold me.

I was so stoked to see you not only cover this but find out that you're doing it everyday! Finding rope flow has been the missing link that has tied a lot of things together for me. I use it for 1-2 of my zone 2 sessions each week. I love the fact that I can work on my upper body mobility, get into a flow state, get some sunlight and grounding all at the same time. Not to mention that unlike most cardio (running, rowing, biking), there is ZERO lower body interference. It's just fantastic and I'm thrilled to see a big youtuber like you giving this some shine!

I ordered a Flow Rope during the lockdown (when shipping worldwide slowed to a crawl). By the time it arrived (2 months later) I'd totally lost interest in it and was all-in on kettlebells. Time to dig it out of the closet...

I've never seen this before but may be just what I need. I'll say this it definitely looks cool and fun better than just simple jump rope.

Besides using those you could also get some extra flow and benefits by strengthening the wrists through flowing with clubs and maces. One thing you will notice when you use steel clubs is that your grip around people's wrists and ankles gets so much stronger

This guy is a diamond in the rough. It’s rare to find this kind of gold exercises on the internet. Thank you and can’t wait to see more!

It's crazy that you're replying to every comment. Your videos has this like "grindset" vibe that is really just trying to sell you stuff. It's just marketing 101: sell an idea, not the product. And you're good at it. But at the same time you seem very sincere, and I'm also of the opinion that any (safe) movement is good movement and this firgure 8 movement pattern for spinal health is critically overlooked. And it looks fun and relaxing. You got me, I got myself a flow rope and a heavy one. Hope it's as good as advertised.

Gotta post some love for the camera person on this. Some of those transitions were incredible. I went frame by frame a couple times just to see how they did it!
