A bit late but for my M3C, I can hit launch control after driving like a minute. But I do get tire spin since my wheels are not warmed up completely. But I still wait a bit before actually doing a launch

Are you shifting? I haven't done launch control yet but saw a video and the guy said it shifts automatically. I noticed when you're just driving in m2 it won't shift by itself. It bogged on me trying it today.
