Excellent explanation! I have been stressed out for 2 years to figure out how to make this printer work. I don't print at home very often, but when I need to it is important to get it done. I stopped using it a year ago and only recently needed to use it to make copies, but certainly could not print off of my cell phone still. I made one more attempt yesterday and today to try to figure this out, however, I gave up and was ready to purchase a different brand tomorrow.
