Drinking Spearmint Tea for 7 days/ Before & After / Hirsutisum - PCOS

I'm sorry my energy level for this video is low lol I'm still getting over a cold but I was not going to let that stop me from updating you guys on my spearmint journey!

I drank the tea for 7 days twice a day ; and I definetly saw a change in my facial hair growth. the night before day 1 I plucked my whole face... by day 3 I was shocked by how slow my hair came back in and day 5 was even more shocking! usually when my hair grows back it itches bad, but this week it didn't itch at all!

I'm very happy with my results and I plan to continue to drink the tea and give you guys an update in a month!

thank you for being so brave to share your experience, its such an awful thing to have, i was drinking spearmint but didnt continue, im gonna keep taking it now though, also geranium oil and ylang ylang is meant to be good for the hormones. I hope you get the positive results you want

Girl you’re pretty 😍 and if want to use any product for ingrown try skin tight I use it peels my skin and peel dark spot. Nothing to extreme, it burns when first applied.

Thank you for sharing. I haven't been diagnosed with this but I've had small hairs under my chin. I did laser treatment about 10 years ago and it has helped tremendously for me. If you can find an ideal image in your area, you can do an consultation. They have safe lasers for our skin. I'm gonna try the tea as well for the benefits. Good luck on your journey!

I'm drinking it too just started like 3 days ago I bought on amazon as well loose leaf organic 16oz/ 1lb for $14.81 I make a huge batch and leave the pot on the stove it's become like my new water lol. I don't strain the leaves as they sink to the bottom if you let it rest for a bit. I throw used leaves in the garden. I prefer this over tea bags as some of them are bleached. I noticed my ace clearing up over these 3 days.
