How to customize the layout of your form fields in HubSpot

In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how to customize the layout of your form fields in HubSpot.

You can customize the layout and structure of your forms. Also, you can add content between and customize the order of your form fields.

To add content between form fields.

Steps to follow:

Step 1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing, go to Lead Capture and click Forms.

Step 2. Hover over your form and click Edit.

Step 3. Click and drag the Paragraph RichText element between the desired form fields.

Step 4. In the right panel, click the Rich text area element.

Step 5. In the left panel, edit the text:

Step 6. Use the toolbar to customize the content by formatting the text or adding links and images.

Step 7. In the top right, click update the live form.

Step 8. To change the order of your form filed.

Step 9. In the right panel, click the field to change the order of its options.

Step 10. In the left panel, under the Field options section, click the dotted lines to the left of a field option, then click and drag the option to the desired position.

Step 11. To arrange form fields side by side.

Step 12. In the form editor, click and hold the dotted lines to the left of a field to see placement options.

Step 13. To place it next to a field on a line, drag it to one of the available spaces on that line.

Step 14. Once done, In the top right, click update your live form.
