Thank you for this lovely video. It is very helpful! I arrived in the UK a few weeks ago and was fortunate enough to secure a job as a support worker with a sponsor. However, I am yet to begin work due to Reference delay from me and was told that I need to complete a three-month probation period before being offered sponsorship. Do I also need to take the IELTS test or any other language proficiency exams to get this.please I need to be enlighten.
