I was once able to take part in an online event hosted by Tony Stockwell. His Guide Zintar was speaking. My living room (in Germany!!!) got as cold as the Antarktis and I had to put my winter jacket on! There are thousands of kilometers between England and Germany. It's so unbelievable.
Spirit is magic for me.

I began learning mediumship about 6 months ago. Last month, a workshop leader asked me to pair up with a woman who intended to begin teaching trance mediumship after many years of study. This was an opportunity for her to practice her skills leading me into a trance state and we had no preconceived expectations. She was very deeply moved when she witnessed my face transform into her beloved father in spirit and interpreted that as a sign that she was ready to begin a new chapter in her mediumship practice. Furthermore, I absolutely love your insights and the manner in which you present.

Hi Helen I appreciate your videos and I always learn so much from them. I’m not a medium but I have experienced the presence of spirit as a Reiki practitioner and counselor as well as through the loos of loved ones. I have had many experiences of the presence of spirit throughout my life and I feel that I have friends there. Helen, for me trance mediumship is both a transformational experience for those in attendance as well as for the person in trance.
In my experience, which I’ve always considered to be a semi-trance come channeling experience, the spirit comes so close to me it’s consciousness enters and overlays my body, whilst my consciousness appears to take a step sideways. It feels like I am watching and listening to myself from beside myself, if that makes sense. Obviously, sharing control of your body with another consciousness is not something to be undertaken lightly and is not recommended without absolute trust in your protection, and knowledge of what you are doing but, the experience of that shared union is profound.
