Who are the Tuaregs, a nomadic tribe of Sahara, and why are they protesting against Algeria?

These people are Tuaregs… Tuareg is not a car, but the name of the nomadic people who are the main inhabitants of the Sahara desert. These Tuaregs are angry, because authorities in southern Algeria destroyed the shantytown where they'd been living for years.
