I'm having endless trouble with dry sealant should I go tubes

What is the sealant used for in a tire .

Why does your tire/activity type determine the amount fluid? Is it due to tire volume, pressure, anticipated leakage?

Completely come to the conclusion that tubeless tyres are a hassle, a con and a waste of time. Expensive clever marketing for the gullible. Spent 20 mins yesterday in a latex mess for a 3 mm non healing split which also wouldn’t plug before I stuck a tube in. Never been an issue dealing with tubes and I certainly don’t like the idea of replacing weighty and expensive tyre sealant every 4 months. Not for me 👎

Tubeless and all the associated maintenance is the biggest scam pulled on ordinary bikers. Once every 2-3k miles (1-2 years) I replace tires and latex tubes. If you have tubeless you’re dealing with sealant guck and mess every couple months. Might be different if I were a pro rider with a maint crew
